AMBULANCE SERVICE
We provide both emergency and non-emergency ambulance transportation. This may include trips to the hospital for an injury or illness, or discharges to skilled nursing facilities, transfers to other hospitals, or visits to physician offices. Long-distance transports often include Mobile Intensive Care Unit service. These transports run the spectrum from cardiac and trauma to pediatric and obstetrical emergencies. We also provide Transportation Management and Ambulance Choice Services. The following capabilities accompany many of our 24/7 service offerings: 911 response to Texas counties and municipalities, Interfacility Transfer Management, Cardiac Cath, Stroke, NICU, PICU, Surgical, OB/GYN,Ambulette/Wheel Chair Van Service, Paratransit Service, Dedicated Units, Dialysis, Radiation therapy, Bariatric, Hyperbaric and Airport Transfers. SPECIAL EVENT COVERAGE
Windsor EMS, Inc. provides standby medical crews for special events throughout the Greater Houston/Galveston area. Sporting events we cover include motor speedway racing, bicycle races, high school and college football and track events. Additionally, we cover a wide range of other events such as concerts, film sets, large parties, special construction projects, fun runs, and other gatherings.
SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION
We also offer complete, professional personal service for clients requiring wheelchair transportation. That means that our staff will assist clients from bed to chair including help in dressing. We will see them to their destination, check them in at a medical office, and/or help them register at the hospital. We care about our clients, and we go beyond curb-to-curb service. As always, service is performed with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Windsor EMS believes in community involvement. We have personnel available to speak to your community, assisted living organization, or school. We have a variety of program presentations designed to fit most age groups and interests. Windsor EMS Inc. provides ground ambulance transportation services to the Houston and Galveston areas. In addition, we can arrange service for stretcher patients requiring air transportation – whether by helicopter, fixed-wing air ambulance, or commercial carrier – with or without a medical escort. These transports may be arranged across the state or across the globe.

We take pride in our short response times and adhere closely to prearranged schedules, attempting to minimize uncomfortable delays.
